The appeal of Limousin is clear – stunning detached properties in a stunning region for about 80 per cent lower prices than any of France’s other vacation meccas. However, demand across Limousin is somewhat unpredictable due to the selective audience the region appeals to and the comparatively low property prices are mirrored with equally low rental yields.
