Positioned in a quite stunning plot between Lake Garda and The Dolomites, the beauty of Trentino is something that simply has to be experienced to be believed. Encapsulating everything that's incredible about Italy from stunning landscapes to medieval old towns, the region is synonymous with high-end tourism and wealthy property owners. Buying into Trentino has never been a particularly cheap venture, which, naturally, has a knock-on effect for rent yields. Averages in urban centres around the 2.5 per cent mark, but things look a little better in the suburbs where 4 per cent is more probable. The year-round demand from international tourists however does to some extent compensate.
