Located in the West Algarve, Aljezur is nestled right on Portugal's Atlantic coast. The town ranges from green hills inland with its historical castle and traditional houses to the spectacular beach and colourful cliffs. With much of the parkland still protected, it is a mostly tourist-free place without the crowded hustle and bustle of new developments.
