Located in North-East Bulgaria, Dobrich is a popular destination for buyers in Bulgaria thanks to its proximity to resorts such as Golden Sands. Perhaps the most popular of all Bulgarian regions among eco-tourists and those with a taste for all things natural, Dobrich brings together fertile hills, protected wetlands and an incredible stretch of Black Sea coastline. A wonderfully traditional region where centuries-old local customs are still practiced with pride today, Dobrich delivers a unique taste of Bulgaria that cannot be found anywhere else. The seaside resorts of Albena and Rusalka keep locals coming back for more throughout the season, though Dobrich hasn't yet become something of a staple for more international tourists looking for Black Sea sun and fun. Still, comparatively low buy-in prices and strong yields make Dobrich along with much of Bulgaria a great prospect for buy-to-let investment.
