THE DESIGN CONCEPT

Our modern style concept properties have been designed with care to suit the largest part of inquiries we received from our clients for residential properties on prime location with all services and amenities.

We chose for singleness, clear lines and open concept in the living spaces. Modern technologies and first class quality finishings allow us to join large south-facing window screens that in the past would have been impossible.

Similar design of porcelanic tiles in interior and exterior with specific treatment to suit its purpose are just examples of our construction process. The tiles in the interior and exterior are exactly at the same level, borderless access through windows for gaining luminosity and comfort, giving a luxury look.
