DOMINICAN CONVENT OF THE 16th CENTURY (declared a Historic-Artistic Monument by the Ministry of Culture in 1982).

The architectural complex is divided into three characteristic elements: Facade, cloister and stairs.

The historicist-style façade has three floors (ground floor +2), formed with walls of earth, lime and brick, crowned with the coat of arms of the order.

There are two levels (low +1) in the rest of the volume, composed of a beautiful patio developed around the cloister and adorned by semicircular arches on Tuscan columns forming the perimeter gallery. The pavement of this is the same as the stone of the columns that surround it and in the center we find a simple hexagonal fountain. In this cloister the conventual architecture is mixed with the stately one.

The ground floor consists of an area of approx. of 890 m2. At the end of the main gallery there is a wide baroque staircase with a dome, which connects the ground floor with the upper rooms, (with an area of ??719 m2) and with a second floor next to the façade (137 m2), which makes a total of 1,746 m2 of constructed area. The roof is sloping with Arabic tile and wooden beams forged.

The convent in general has a good state of preservation, and can be used for residential, hotelier or tourist-cultural purposes, providing a specific rehabilitation in the locations that need it.

In compliance with Decree 218/2005, of October 11, which approves the Consumer Information Regulation on the sale and lease of homes in Andalusia, the client is informed that the notarial, registration and tax expenses that are of application (ITP or VAT + AJD) and other expenses inherent to the sale are not included in the price. 2% fees will be charged to the buyer.
