ARCO REAL ESTATE present to your attention this exclusive holiday apartment complex located on the northern Black Sea coast in Bulgaria, in the geometric center of the three international golf courses. The outermost course is located about 3 km., and the nearest (Thracian Cliffs) is 1500 meters, literally at the feet of the beholder.

It is located in the geometrical centre of 3, 18 holes, international, superior class golf courses and posses direct visibility to all of them.

At the complex there are studios, one and two bedrooms apartments for sale. Each apartment has a spacious terrace with beautiful sea views. The complex has only 17 apartments, which ensures a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Gated complex has private parking in a restricted access area, beautiful green garden, outdoor infinity-style pool, SPA and bar area.

The complex is located on plot, which is not simply “first line” located, but they are forming something as peninsula projected to the sea. The sea panorama from ground level does not have equivalent on Bulgarian Black Sea coast line. It covers 1/4 of Bulgarian coast line – from cape Kaliakra to cape Emine.

The residence consists of 17 apartments – studios, 1-bed, 2-bed, penthouses houses. The residence was projected very carefully by our close friends (working for Danish market as well) with our close participation (first education of my wife is architectural). Some units could be combined in bigger configurations. All air conditioners are hidden on the roof. There is NO ONE compartment in the building without sea view!

The developer exercise extreme solicitude to every detail, because “the devil is in the detail”. This theme is so comprehensive, so I will omit it. One small example – we brought on spot more than twenty window glass samples (from 3 different top producers) to choose this color of glass, which does not change panorama view, match to the façade, posses all quality features, assure incognito of people inside etc.

The developer perform very high standard of building, for example: Austrian bricks “Winerberger”, insulation (EPS, 10 sm thickness, 21 kgs), German coatings, adhesives and paints (Weber), Italian very light green glasses (Bulit), aluminum frames of windows (Etem 45) for better strength in bigger sizes, hydro insulation system from highest class installed from BG leader in this scope. Staircase is done by natural white stone – rustic processing (60×60). All fences are performed by massive stone blocks (250 tons), hand shaped. Paths in the residence are created by multicolored granite blocks. Façade is performed by graphite grey aluminum composites.

The infinity swimming pool is constructed on edge of the cliff on the top of peninsula – while staying in pool the people would enjoy of spectacular view of 1/4 of Bulgarian coast line. The area around the pool is lined by natural pine tree decking. We created spacious pool, suitable for swimming with very high coefficient of conformability “size of surface/number of apartments” = 5,29;

The garden was planted with Turkish and Italian fig, Indian lilac, twi, normandiana, banana trees, pine, ivy, elephant grass, hydrangea and many others. The visual border will be strait lilac line done by 450 lavenders. The garden has several tufts with selected wild herbs – thyme, sage, oregano, mint, curry – the idea is the air to smell great and herbs to be directly used from inhabitants for mojito cocktail, herbal tea, fresh salad species etc. Hi class underground system “BOSE” is installed for smooth jazz only.

Annual maintenance tax

Property management will be performed by the developer in order to comply with highest standards. The price is about 8,5 Euro (VAT included) per sq.m./year.

The developer offers apartments absolutely completed with kitchen, kitchen equipment – oven, aspirator, glass hobs. The process of final touches we made with very strict cooperation with owners by mails, 3D visualization projects, material samples etc. For example we offer more than 15 models of bath rooms, any how if somebody has special requirements we approach personally in order to be aware that he will make his own aesthetic choice that will correspond 100% to that of magnificent place.
