The house offers the hall, living room, bedroom, kitchen with pantry and the bathroom.

The plot is approximately 1,500 m2 and includes many outbuildings in less good condition.

Facilities such as gas, water and electricity are available. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. There are gas convectors for heating. Telephone and Internet connections are no problem.

More than 200 people live in Sajómercse and the village is located in a beautiful place in the north of Hungary. Directly in the green nature and it borders the nature reserve Lázbérci Tájvédelmi Körzet. Known for the water reservoir in the area. The surrounding coastal is a protected area and beautiful setting. In this area there are plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and hiking.

Larger city Ózd is a 20 minute drive and Miskolc to the other side, but that is an hour's drive.
The beautiful baroque city of Eger is also an hour's drive away. Known for the cosy centre, the basilica and the castle. Just before Eger you will pass Szilvásvárad known for the horses.

All in all, a very special environment
