The house and land has been protected by covenants designed to preserve the landscape and limit the properties and level of development on the estate.

The house has a comprehensive, fitted kitchen including a large fridge/freezer, full cooker, small dishwasher and plenty of storage cupboards. There is a utility room with laundry sink and washing machine, comfortable living area and west facing verandah with ocean views. The windows are screened and the house has been fitted with AC and fans throughout.

Recently Refurbished

The house was refurbished in 2007/8 when new glass sash windows and wooden shutters were fitted.

Services

Electricity, 220v 50 cycles, is provided by Grenlec. Propane for cooking is readily available on the island. Telephone & DSL provided by LIME (Cable & Wireless) Cable TV provided by FLOW. Water is stored in a concrete cistern under the house. Hot water is supplied from a roof-mounted solar heater. Drainage is by septic tank to maintenance-free garden installation and soak away.
