The 18 ha are fully equipped with drip irrigation, including 12 probe sensors which are linked up to software technology, thus ensuring perfect control of the water requirements of the vineyard.

Currently approximately 50 to 60 percent of production is sold in bottle for an average turnover of around 250K euros.
Around 30 percent of turnover is generated from onsite sales.

It should be noted that an installation of solar panels will generate a guaranteed revenue of 23K euros for the future owner over the next 10 years, accounting for a total of 230K euros which impacts on the sale price of the property.
