Comporta and Carvalhal are a 25-minute drive from here and Lisbon International Airport is a 1 hour 15 minutes drive. The project's south pole has approval for 90 villas, divided between Studios and one-bedroom villas, a 10 bedroom hotel, restaurant, bars, gardens, children's playground, lake, arena, educational farm and leisure areas.

In the north pole of the project, it also has approval for 90 villas divided between Studios and one-bedroom villas, a 10 bedroom hotel, restaurants, bars, lake, leisure areas, vineyard and wine cellar, playgrounds, children's playground, various gardens and many support equipment.

The Eco Resort Project has a total of 400 beds approved in a total area of 46.35 Ha (the three land plots together) with a total built area of 13,512.25 square metres that can go up to 17,372.44 square metres.
