A region that’s become synonymous with a higher standard of living and all-things exclusive, Kent represents a simply fabulous prospect for holiday home investors, wealthy family home buyers and experienced investors looking for six and seven-figure homes with strong resale potential. Interestingly, rent yields in and around Kent often hover around the 2 per cent mark – way below the UK national average.
