Summing up the whole of California’s property market in a brief blurb is largely impossible – ‘diverse’ is the only word that comes close. The differences between the opportunities for long-term business rentals in the heart of Los Angeles, for example, and those of vacation apartments around San Francisco’s Bay Area are just too enormous - as too are the buy-to-sell bonanzas that present themselves from time to time in Beverly Hills. California, of course, hasn’t been immune to the financial crisis that gripped the USA for several years, but there will always be areas of such demand and significance that any negative impact has been too minimal to leave any trace of damage.
