Generally speaking, the only potential Georgia has in terms of investment for pure profit as of late is for vacation rentals, though even then it’s a bit of a trick balancing act to pull off. Tourism is booming in coastal regions and of course in the capital of Tbilisi, but at the same time rent returns are less than spectacular and property values haven’t proved explosive over recent years either. That being said, progress in Georgia has been exceptional since the 2003 revolution and things are looking up across most areas of the country – now might not be the right time to make a fortune on property investment in Georgia, but it is definitely one to watch over the years to come.
